I don’t there’s any way to really sugar coat it. Weddings are quite an undertaking for everyone involved! A budget has to be determined, you have to find and hire dozens of vendors, narrow down a guest list… and so much more! Wedding planning really is no easy task!
But please don’t worry! I’m here to help you out. If you’ve just recently gotten engaged, all this may seem overwhelming – especially if you have a busy schedule. One of the best ways to make the entire wedding planning process easier is to hire a professional wedding planner, and here’s why.

I’ve seen quite a bit over the years of wedding photography. The wrong color of shirt show up for the groomsmen, and then someone had to go get a different color. Dress straps pop off of gowns, the donut shop forget to bake the 17 dozen donuts ordered… the list is practically endless!

In the past, I’ve seen many brides try to do it all – which meant that while they were getting ready, she was making 20+ phone calls to make sure everyone was where they needed to be, the flowers were being delivered to the right address, and so on and so forth.
Hiring a wedding planner gets rid of all of that. A professional planner knows how to communicate with all the vendors as well as the bridal party and keep everyone on track throughout the day.

I’ve mentioned it before, and I’ll mention it again – I’m sure. You do not want to be looking at your phone throughout your wedding day to make sure you’re on schedule. Even if you decide that a Full Wedding Planner isn’t for you, I would recommend you at least considering a Day- Of Coordinator. This will still save you from making those 20+ phone calls while your hair is getting down. You won’t have to be staring at the clock, and you’ll be able to relax and enjoy your day, knowing that if anything goes wrong, your coordinator will take care of it.
