Northern Minnesota is home to some of the United States most gorgeous wedding venues. From tall trees to all the views of Lake Superior, Duluth Wedding Venues are unparalleled.
This is by no means an exhaustive list of wedding venues – I’ve tried to select venues that have great reviews, are Duluth MN wedding photographer friendly, and have something unique about them!
227 E Superior St
Duluth, MN 55802
Capacity: 350
This STUNNING historical building was built in 1925 as a hotel, and has since been restored to all its grandure as a Duluth MN, wedding venue. There’s two rooms to choose from, and you wouldn’t believe how gorgeous all the getting ready spaces are!! You cannot go wrong with this wedding venue in Duluth!

When a venue has two outdoor verandas, as well as a ballroom AND a view of the lake, you know you can’t go wrong! This Duluth wedding venue is perfect for a couple who wants their wedding to be stress free as the country club has an event coordinator and on-site catering!
323 Harbor Dr
Duluth, MN
Capacity: 200
This may or may not be my personal favorite wedding venue in Duluth, MN. And how much more fitting could it be than to get married ON Lake Superior!? Vista Fleet Cruises and Events is Duluth’s only floating event center. While you will have to get ready for your wedding at a different location, your guests won’t be able to stop talking about how amazing the view was!
2826 MN-61
Two Harbors, MN 55616
Capacity: 160
Located close to Gooseberry falls, this wedding venue on Lake Superior gives off the classic Northern Minnesota vibe. The beautiful log cabin resort, peaceful lake, a ballroom, and countless places to take photos mean that you can take your pick of ceremony locations. There’s even a fire pit, so you can finish off your dream wedding day with a bonfire!
143 S Gunflint Lake
Grand Marais, MN 55604
Capacity: 30-95
Established in 1925, Gunflint Lodge comes in as the most rustic (also the most intimate) of the wedding venues here! Located on the boundary waters of Minnesota, this nothern minnesota wedding venue boasts of a beach, dock, patio, and hall – if you’re wanting to keep your wedding a little closer.
If you’re craving even more intimacy, take a ranger or 4-wheeler over to Loney Lake or Lookout Point, where you can say your vows surounded by nature and your loved ones.
