Between all the spring colors, the glam details, the simplicity of the Soirée Room in Omaha, and the beauty of the rolling hills at Sparks Barn, John and Sierra’s day was one to be remembered.

The girls began the day getting ready at the Bridal Suite at the Soirée Room in Omaha. It was a rainy morning but that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits one bit! It was so sweet to watch Sierra interacting with her girls all day. Many of them are related and they have such special relationships.

Meanwhile, John and his guys were hanging out and getting ready at Sierra’s parents house. After a quick run to Men’s Warehouse to buy a tie, the groom got ready and was ready to see his bride!

Sparks Barn was full of family and friends and everyone was full of excitement to watch John and Sierra get married. They read personal vows to one another and did a wine unity ceremony before sharing their first kiss as man and wife. Family pictures and bridal party photos went off without a breeze and then it was time for portraits of John and Sierra. I don’t know how they kept from looking cold, but it was freezing and you couldn’t tell one bit!

The party then moved to the Soiree Room where the night ended with a cookies, Chick-fil-A, a live painter, and a full dance floor. The live painter was amazing! It was neat to see her start with a sketch of the venue, then paint in all the background and colors and then add the bride and the groom. That painting ended up being Sierra’s surprise wedding present to John. <3
